Getting Support from Anthropic

If you have worked through the troubleshooting guides and still need help, you can submit a support ticket directly to Anthropic.


How to reach Anthropic support

There are two ways to open a support ticket — use whichever is easiest for you.

Via your Claude account

  1. Log in to your Claude account
  2. Click your initials or name in the lower-left corner of the app
  3. Select Get help
  4. A support messenger will open — click Send us a message to create a ticket

Via the Claude Help Center

  1. Go to Claude Support
  2. Click the message icon in the bottom-right corner of the page
  3. The support messenger will open

In both cases

Once the messenger is open, click Technical Issue to connect with a specialized technical support bot.


Before you contact support

To help Anthropic resolve your issue as quickly as possible, gather your system information and logs before opening a ticket.
